Grievance Redressal Process

Submission of Grievances: 

  • All grievances pertaining strictly to student matters, welfare, discipline, or campus housing will be submitted to the Office of the Dean (Students’ Welfare).
  • All other grievances, including institutional administration, establishment/service matters, and infrastructural issues, will be directed to the Office of the Dean (Administration).

Mode of submission

Grievances must be submitted in writing through a formal email or through the online portal using the sender’s institutional email ID.

 To ensure a thorough and timely investigation, the sender must attach all relevant supporting documents at the time of submission. Failure to provide necessary evidence may result in a delay or dismissal of the grievance.

Resolution

  • 1. Any matter that is routine in nature and can be addressed immediately will be resolved promptly by the concerned section in-charge.
  • 2. Should additional information or supporting documentation be required to evaluate the matter, the official in charge will contact the sender directly via official email correspondence.

Timeline for Redressal

The concerned office shall acknowledge receipt of the grievance within 5 working days and aims to provide a final resolution or status update within 15 working days from the date of submission.
