Admission into M. Tech Programme 2024-25 (Institute Mode)

Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for admission into full-time M. Tech (2-year programme) of NIT Mizoram Through Institute Mode for the academic session 2024-25 in different programmes:

1. Computer Science & Engineering 
2. Microelectronics and VLSI System Design
3. Power & Energy Systems Engineering 
4. Structural Engineering
5. Thermal Engineering

The vacant seats after the completion of CCMT final round will be filled through the Institute Mode admission for both Non-GATE and GATE candidates. A stipend will be given to the candidates having a valid GATE Score at the time of joining. The selected non-GATE candidates will not be eligible for any stipend. 

Last date of receiving application online: 15.07.2024 Monday (Till 5:00 pm)  19.07.2024 (Till 5:00PM)

2. The candidates are requested to bring the necessary Original Documents for M.Tech Admission 2024 (One set of hard copies for each document to be submitted during the physical reporting) 
   1. Passport Size Photo
   2. Class X Board Certificate (DOB Proof) and Marksheet 
   3. Class XII Board Certificate and Marksheet 
   4. AADHAR Card
   5. Photo ID proof (Adhar card/Ration card/Voter/Pan card)
   6. Pass Certificate and All Marks sheets of the B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc/MCA examination.
   7. Migration certificate from last Institute/Univ. attended.
   8. Character and conduct certificate from the institution last attended.
   9. Affidavits for Anti-Ragging
   10. Physical fitness certificate
   11. Income Certificate & Affidavit For OBC/GEN/Less Than 1 Lac and OBC/GEN/Between 1 to 5 Lac only
   12. Certificate of Category (SC/ST/OBC-NCL), if applicable
   13. Certificate for PwD, if applicable
   14. EWS certificate for the General category student, if applicable
   15. GATE Score Card, if applicable

Important Instructions:

• Please go through the detailed advertisement for the instructions to the candidates.
• Further, in case any certificate is yet to be received, or validity expired, the candidate needs to upload an undertaking certificate or self-declaration document. The candidates are suggested to prepare the official document with priority and the official supporting document needs to be submitted during reporting to the institute.
