Department of Computer Science & Engineering is organizing a 5-days short term course on 'Robotics Motion Planning' from 25th March to 30th March, 2024.
Objectives of the course
Introducing participants to the fundamental concepts of autonomous mobile robots and sampling-based motion planning, enabling them to navigate complex environments efficiently.
Exposing participants to reactive motion planning strategies, empowering them to design robots capable of reacting to dynamic surroundings in real-time.
Familiarizing participants with reinforcement learning techniques, enabling them to train robots to adapt and optimize their motion planning strategies through experience.
Providing hands-on experience with learning-based robotics approaches, fostering creativity and innovation in the development of intelligent robotic systems.
Equipping participants with essential Robot Operating System (ROS) programming skills, enabling them to seamlessly integrate motion planning algorithms into practical applications.

Applications are to be filled out online, through Google form, latest by 23th March 2024. A confirmation mail will be sent to the admitted participants by 24th March 2024. Selection will be based on first come first serve basis.
