       It is mandatory to submit this affidavit in the above format, on Rs. 50/- nonJudicial stamp paper for claiming waiver oftuition fee.

      1 - Format of Documents to be uploaded in ERP by the newly admitted PhD students 

      i) Consent letter

      ii) Self declaration of not being employed 

      iii) Caste certificate

      iv) Migration certificate

          Note: i) ERP login details will be sent in student's registered email using which they can submit the required documents

                 ii) For PhD students there is no requirement of 'Affidavit for admission' 

      2 - Fees Payment

• Last date of payment of fees is 20.06.2024

  Refer notice at serial no 68 for fees structure.

   

•  Mail will be given to the candidate containing their registration number. Using this they can login to the ERP account. ( Click on the NEW icon for accessing the ERP portal of the Institute)

  After logging in, the candidates may pay the fees through ERP itself.

   

• Self – financed regular candidates shall be submitting a self declaration to respective HOD email that he / she has left the job and at present not employed during registration.

   

• For self sponsored candidates who were employed at the time of application / interview, Clearance/Release order from the employer of the candidate is to be submitted to respective HOD email within one month of the date of registration failing which the candidature of the applicant will be discontinued without reimbursement of any fee submitted during registration.

  e) Once a candidate pays fees, he/she will have to send the receipt in PDF form for confirmation to respective HOD email id.
