Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for admission into M. Tech (Full-time and Part-time) of NIT Mizoram Through Institute Mode for the Academic Session 2025-26, in different programs:

1. Computer Science & Engineering 
2. Microelectronics and VLSI System Design
3. Power & Energy Systems Engineering
4. Structural Engineering
5. Thermal Engineering

The vacant seats after the completion of CCMT 2025 final round will be filled through the Institute Mode admission for both Non-GATE and GATE candidates. A stipend will be given to the candidates having a valid GATE Score at the time of joining. The selected non-GATE candidates (Full-time) and Part-time M. Tech students will receive no financial assistance or stipend from the institute.

The course duration for the Full-time category will be two years; one year for coursework and one year for the project work. For the Part-time category, the course duration shall be three (3) years; two (2) years for coursework and one year for project work). This Part-time programme has been extended to eligible candidates working in a full-time job, project, etc., and residing within Aizawl city, upon submission of a proper No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the concerned employer.
