The Civil Engineering Department stands as a beacon of learning, providing a comprehensive four-year program that paves the way towards a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Additionally, we extend an invitation to aspiring scholars for our immersive full-time Master's Degree in Structural Engineering. Our department also offers Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, where passionate individuals can delve deep into their chosen area of study.

The Department of Civil Engineering along with Mechanical Engineering is organising a 5-day Offline Workshop on "Navigating the Terrain: EXPLORING THE Challenges and Fintech Solutions OF Solid Waste Management IN URBAN HILLY AREAS". The workshop is scheduled from 29th July 2024 to 02nd August 2024. This workshop is part of the project titled “Training and Skilling Manpower for Smart Solid Waste Management in Urban Hilly Areas”, which is sponsored by IBITF IIT Bhillai.new_blink

 


Congratulations to Dr. Badrinarayan Ratha (IPDF), Dr. Amit Yadav (Assistant Professor) and Dr. Bijayananda Mohanty (Associate Professor) for their recent publication "Chloride diffusion behaviour and structural performance of basalt fiber-reinforced concrete beam in marine environment." in the prestigious journal - Structures, Elsevier. 


Congratulations to Dr. Naseeba Parveen (Temporary Faculty) and Dr. Kumar Raja Vanapalli (Assistant Professor) for their recent publication on "Phytotoxicity of trihalomethanes and trichloroacetic acid on Vigna radiata and Allium cepa plant models" in the prestigious Journal - Environmental Science and Pollution Research.
